We were so honored to be taking a multi-generational portrait, which SPANS FIVE GENERATIONS! We had some time to take a few baby portraits and we had a blast playing with our new wall of light! Just the cutest expressions!

The Hironaka ‘Ohana took some fantastic portraits with us before going on a multi-week road-trip. Mele is so adorable in the group photos!
We can never complain when we have great kids. These little ones were super easy to shoot and very photogenic. Mahalo nui to the Rosehill ‘ohana for some great portraits. All the best in getting through the Haili tournament =)
Part of the Na Pua Mae’ole ensemble from Pahoa High School Jimmy decided to bring his guitar…which was awesome! We got a few good guitar portraits and did a couple family ones as well. His family was there to enjoy the whole production and even became part of the production. So, sit back and enjoy the show. Mahalo nui guys….it was fun!
These photos crack me up for a couple of reasons. When I showed dad an idea I had of having baby naked he almost refused =) But, I’d like to think it was tactfully done.
Another thing I absolutely loved was seeing what a grown little man Koa had become. He’s such a sweet little boy there wasn’t much to taking his photos. I basically had a ball playing with him. This little man grew up so quickly and his photos are proof of that.
Mahalo Jenny and Nick. Can’t wait to do it again!
Ahhhhh….this bunch of lively, energetic, and playfully sarcastic kids were so much fun to shoot. The photos speak for themselves, check it out and enjoy. Mahalo nui, Megan, Lindsey, Taylor, Killian, and Keegan for a great session. Enjoy your holidays!
This was a beautiful young family with 2 gorgeous kids, older canine brother Nacho and 4 month old sister Avery.
We had a ball doing this shoot. Babies and dogs are a great combo, you can clap your hands, whistle at them and they both look! Needless to say in the outdoor shots, we got on our hands and knees, crawled all over the ground and looked like a couple of idiots attracting a whole bunch of attention. Even passerbys were getting in on the act and trying to prompt some reaction from the duo. Meanwhile, Nachos was being protective and growling at us. Apparently he didn’t like us getting to close to his baby…lol! Check this video out and enjoy the smiles.
Check out this slideshow, it’s way longer than our usual. But, when you have a lot of cute keiki photos, whatcha gonna do? These guys were so well behaved even after enduring a full 1.5 hour shoot indoor and outdoor. We really had fun with (excuse the spelling) Kylee, Nicholas, Katie, & Nathan.
If you wanna see more of the Kron ‘Ohana they do have their own business based in Maui “Outrageous Surf” google them!
Mahalo nui to the Kron ‘Ohana for a great session hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did.
Coming from Montana and leaving her sister back they had kina hoped to take her senior portraits with water, sand and sun. Duh…Hawaii right? Unfortunately, the day was not as nice as we hoped and this is Hilo, 95% volcanic rock and 5% sand (if even that). It was a typical day in Hilo overcast with a chance of rain, but we made it work. Deveney and her parents climbed rocks, trudged through bushes, mud, and stagnated water (ewww) just to get the photo. With her beautiful smile (and hair) we got some equally beautiful images. Mahalo nui for spending the day with us…we enjoyed the company!
What is there to say, look at this couple! Both are beautiful, perfectly matched and couldn’t have made it any easier for me to get wonderful photos. Of course it does help having super long legs and a slinky red dress to uhum… highlight your assets…
